Colin Farrell is suing the person who is reportedly asking for a 7 figure sum to release the 15 minute sextape featuring Colin in a series of sexual gymnastics .

"The lawsuit filed Monday seeks monetary damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the sale or other use of the videotape."

Sometimes , i wonder to myself why people bother filming themselves while having sex . It's not as if you can send the tapes to America's Funniest Home Videos .
