U remember how in Aliens , the spawn of the alien crawls into the host's mouth and shoots out from the host's belly later ?

I imagine this is what will happen to Katie . Since she's not suppose to make any noise or scream or even take any painkillers during childbirth , you might as well just die from it .

It's about the same . It's all part of the plan .
