Ratatouille

That's my ratatouille alright . I hate how it's all smothered in tomato sauce , i need to reduce the amount of tomato sauce i put in and up the spice factor . Also , me thinks it's too wet . but it probably has to do with the tomato sauce , shall turn up the heat tmrw .
