Outdoor Heater

In Paris, even though it's in the winter, people can still sit outside at the cafe if they want to, all thanks to these heaters which they leave outside the cafe . It's really like a lamp, only that there's fire in it. Looks pretty much like a fire hazard to me , but it's unique and pretty .
